Before Admission:

Contact the Admission Counter: Before being admitted, you or your family member must visit the admission counter and provide necessary details like the date of admission, treating doctor, and your accommodation preference (room class).
Planned Surgeries and Cases: If you're scheduled for a surgery a deposit is required before admission.
Confirmation Call: On the day of admission, you will receive a call confirming your schedule. If you do not receive this call, please contact the admission counter to verify your admission.
Accommodation Preference: While we do our best to offer your preferred accommodation, availability may vary. In such cases, we will facilitate the best available alternative.
Payment Options: We accept various payment methods such as cash, demand drafts (DD), and credit or debit cards from major banks. However, please note that reservation deposits are non-transferable.

During Admission:

Admission Process: Patients are admitted based on a doctor’s reference letter or a recommendation from the Chief Medical Officer (CMO).
For Foreign Nationals/NRIs: You are required to present your passport and Visa/PIO at the time of admission. Without these documents, admission may be denied.
Deposit Payment: A deposit must be made within 24 hours for emergency cases. The amount of the deposit depends on the type of accommodation chosen.

After Admission:

Bed Charges: Bed charges are billed at the end of each day, and check-in times are flexible.
Daycare Patients: For daycare cases, patients are observed for up to 8 hours. After this, they may be either admitted or discharged.
Transfers and Room Changes: Room upgrades are based on availability. If you upgrade to a higher class, billing will be adjusted from the day of admission according to the higher class. Downgrades are subject to management approval, and billing will change only from the date of transfer.
ICU Transfers: If transferred to the ICU, the room must be vacated, except for special categories such as Deluxe or Executive rooms, where retention may be possible depending on availability.
Transfer Cut-off Time: The cut-off time for room transfers is 11 a.m., and billing is calculated based on the highest room charge applicable between 10 a.m. and midnight.
