Admission and Registration

Contact the reception counter for assistance with admission.
Fill out the admission form in capital letters.
Inform the admissions office which bed you would prefer and which doctor.
For surgical patients, signing a consent form is mandatory to ensure you're well-informed about your treatment.
Our staff member will guide you to your assigned bed.

Deposit Information

The deposit amount depends on your selected room or bed category and surgical needs.
For planned admissions, the full deposit must be paid at the time of admission.
In case of emergency admissions, partial payment can be made initially, with the remaining amount paid within 24 hours.
Any refundable deposit will be adjusted at the time of discharge

Refunds over Rs. 5000 are paid via A/c Payee Cheque.

Billing Process

Interim bills for in-patients are generated every alternate day.
Payments should be made within a day after the bill is received.
If you choose to upgrade from a lower class to a higher class, higher charges will apply from the date of admission.
To downgrade from a higher class to a lower one, you must clear all higher class charges first.

Payment of Bills

Bills (both outdoor and indoor) can be paid at the authorized cash counter.
Payment hours: 08:00 am to 08:00 pm.
The hospital is not responsible for payments made to unauthorized personnel.

Modes of Payment

Accepted payment methods: Cash, Credit Card.
Cheques are not accepted.

Medicines

All prescribed medicines will be provided by the hospital pharmacy.
The staff nurse on duty will assist in procuring medicines.
In exceptional cases, you may need to purchase medicines from outside.
